Julia Eziashi, is an independent consultant and career coach with bases in the UK and Africa. Formally she was a Human Resources Account Manager at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
At IFC Julia was based in Kenya and then South Africa, with responsibility for all aspects of human resource management including staffing and recruitment for IFC Sub-Sahara Africa offices. She then moved to Washington DC with responsibility for human resource management for numerous Departments with a corporate focus on Career development, mentoring, recruitment and leadership development. Prior to IFC, Julia worked as a Manager for KPMG, based in Jamaica, West Indies.
At KPMG she was engaged on UK and US donor funded projects in the Caribbean region working on complex consultancy assignments focused on Organisation Design and Change including public sector reform of various ministries in the Governments of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Dominica and Montserrat.
She started her career working in numerous human resources roles in both public and private sector organizations based in the UK. Julia was born in the UK and is of Nigerian origin; she holds an MBA in International Business from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses (Paris, France) and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics (London, England).
