Project: As part of training that Dr. Williams did in 2010 at SIM (Service in Mission International) in Charlotte North Carolina, he was asked to come to Ghana and train the country missionary leaders from Western Africa and Europe by Dr. Joshua Bogunjoko, SIM Deputy International Director
(Europe/West Africa) in the Coach Approach.

The training was very well received and follow up evaluations included comments like this:
- What did you like or find most useful about the training?
The actual putting into practice the things we had been listening to. The practical was very useful in helping us use what we had learned.
It gave me insight into coaching which was hitherto just something I knew about rather than had experienced. - Any additional comments?
I think this was something very important and practical for me as a leader. I wish I had had the training sooner.
