Yael Blum is the founder of INtwoIT Executive Coaching & Consulting, a private executive coaching and consulting practice that takes the philosophy and practice of systems thinking and applies it to executive coaching, training and organizational change management. She is adjunct faculty at the Boucher Institute for Naturopathic Medicine, an associate coach with the University of British Columbia, and an affiliate with two Vancouver consulting firms.
Yael received a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, a Certificate in Reinventing Strategic Planning to Deliver Customer Value and a Gold Mastery Strategic Management and Systems Thinking Certification from Haines Center for Strategic Management in San Diego, CA. She us serving on the Women’s Advisory Task Force for the City of Vancouver (2010-2012).
Yael resides in Vancouver, BC and is the mother of one daughter. She is also responsible for the care and support of two (varying) adolescent girls in transition to independence through the Ministry for Children and Families, Vancouver, BC.
