Marie-Claude Lapalme, MBA, ACC, Potentiologist™ is an accredited coach and organizational development practitioner. She spent a significant portion of her career in leading human capital management firms in Canada and California before founding her own firm in 2007. Always striving for the bigger purpose, she is particularly passionate about working with women searching for more fulfillment.
Marie-Claude was trained as a Co-Active Life Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Coach by Results Coaching Systems. She also holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from UCLA. She is recognized for her organization development experience and her dynamic facilitation style, having contributed to a wide range of initiatives such as management teambuildings, change initiatives, and succession management.
Marie-Claude grew up and is currently residing in Montreal, but is an avid traveller and thrives on the experience of living abroad.
