Duanna Pang-Dokland

Duanna Pang-Dokland is a Certified Coach who works with entrepreneurs and small business owners in the areas of sales & marketing and authentic leadership and team performance. Her practice, Igniting Possibility Coaching, designs and delivers programs for business owners and their teams that lead to significant and sustainable big-picture results such as increased profits and productivity.

Duanna’s coaching draws upon years of experience managing small publishing houses in her position as Magazine Editor of lifestyle magazines, where her responsibilities included writing, editing, implementation of marketing strategies, staff management and business development. She is an Affiliate Member of Harvard Medical School’s Institute of Coaching, and a member of Conversation Among Masters, an invitation-only gathering of master-level coaches from around the world.

Duanna is a co-author of 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life, along with self-growth pioneers like Mark Victor Hansen, Ken Blanchard, Les Brown and Byron Katie. She is the author of a forthcoming book, Inspired and Prosperous: 11 World-renowned Coaches Reveal their Success and Sustainability Secrets.

A native of Singapore, Duanna lives in Birmingham, AL, with her Norwegian husband and son.
